2010 Rates and Terms
The apartment is new, and has been available for rent since
only July 2007. It is not appropriate for children. The entire
apartment and terrace are non-smoking. Pets are not permitted.
Rates quoted are in U.S. dollars. You can begin your stay
any day of the week, unlike most rentals in Provence.
Rates are quoted through 2010; however, until confirmed,
they are subject to change. Rates include housekeeping at
the end of your stay, linens and internet service, again,
unlike most French rentals. Euro rates are determined at 1.4
euros/$US but will be charged at rate in effect when apartment
is booked and final payment is made.
We cannot accept credit cards since the charge per transaction
is extremely high. Wire transfers are fine. Security deposits
can be paid in cash in US$ or euros upon your arrival at the
apartment.

Payment Details:
· 50% of your total rent, payable by check, is due
within a week of your confirmed reservation.
· The remaining 50%, plus a $500 refundable damage
deposit, is due no later than 8 weeks before your arrival

careful renters.)
· Bookings made less than 8 weeks before your arrival
date require a 100% rental payment (plus the $500 damage deposit)
within a week of your confirmed booking.
· The damage deposit, less any damages or breakage,
will be returned within 10 days of your departure.
Cancellations:
For cancellations made more than 8 weeks before your arrival
date, a full refund is given.
· For cancellations made between 4 and 8 weeks of your
arrival date, 50% of your pre-paid rent is refunded, plus
the full $1,000 damage deposit.
· Except for your $1,000 damage deposit, cancellations
made fewer than 30 days in advance of your arrival date are
non-refundable unless we can re-book the apartment.
