Living/dining room

The living room décor is a sophisticated mix of traditional and modern French design, with a French sofa, loveseat, large club chair, small tables, and an 18th century walnut Wedding armoire. A large sliding glass door leads to the terrace.

There is a 32"(81 cm) color TV, with French and English channels from satellite (CNN, CNBC, BBC, Sky News, with more to be added in the summer.) We have a small DVD library of American films, and a portable U.S. DVD player (which can connect to the TV) as well as books and magazines.

The dining area features an oak table with very comfortable seating for 6 (expandable to 8) with six upholstered chairs, and an 18th century walnut and oak homme debout, which was owned by the same family in Vaison for several centuries.
